 Situated within the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf

Country Club, our home is the perfect base for your Orlando adventure. Only 20
minutes drive from the Disney theme parks, and with a multi-million dollar golf
course on your door step, you could not ask for a better location.
You will be within walking distance from the nearest bank,
24 hour hypermarket, local bar and restaurant while a whole host of
shops, diners, and local attractions are all within close vicinity.
The house itself has air-conditioning throughout, so it
will remain at a
consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the
temperatures are on the up and up outside. It will also help towards giving you a good
nights sleep.

Family Room
|

The family room area looks out over our beautiful pool deck. There is a large
Ceiling Fan a TV complete with cable,
DVD/Video and
three luxurious
sofas, one of which pulls out to make a queen sized bed big enough for two.
The family room also has a telephone from which local calls
are free, a stereo music system, and patio doors leading out onto the pool area.

Kitchen |

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete
with all the latest amenities including a large cooker, microwave,
fridge/freezer/Ice machine, large selection of crockery and cutlery, dishwasher,
and coffee machine (essential for those early morning rises for the theme
parks).
If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing
machine and tumble drier located in the adjoining two car garage, which you have
access to from inside the house. All the bed linen and towels are provided for
your needs.
Located conveniently between the lounge and kitchen is a
dining area which overlooks the pool.

Bedrooms
|

The house contains four large bedrooms.
Two are master bedrooms both having en-suite bathrooms, Ceiling Fans, hairdryers and clock
radios. One of the master bedrooms has a Queen sized bed, large walk-in closet,
remote control TV and patio doors onto the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom also
has direct access to the pool deck.
The second master bedroom has a full size
bed and a large built in closet and a remote control TV/DVD
The other two bedrooms contain twin
beds a built in closet and drawers. The themed bedroom has a remote control
TV/Video and the other a remote control TV.
The house has a third bathroom which can be shared
by these two twin rooms.

The four bedrooms and the pull out sofa-bed in the family
room
allows up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably in the house.

Pool Deck
|
|
|
 The 13 by 26 foot pool is surrounded by a large patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the
shade. If you find the pool is a little cold for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily
charge. The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun
loungers which allows
you to just lie back, relax and soak up the rays.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the
pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced
weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
 A fence (removable) separates the
pool from the deck for additional peace of mind should young children be
staying at the villa.
As well as our own pool, you will also have the use of the golf clubs
facilities which include a large communal swimming pool, ideal if you
want to put in some serious swimming.

Southern
Dunes Golf & Country Club

The
adjoining golf club has a large selection of facilities, all of which
you will be entitled to use. As well as the large communal swimming pool
mentioned earlier, there is the luxurious
club house complete with fitness center, tennis courts, children's play
area, restaurant and bar.
The restaurant serves breakfast and
lunch daily.
The main facility though is the 18
hole Championship quality golf course, on which you can book games
daily, and the large golfing shop which is staffed by PGA professionals.
